CEO

Sid brings over 35 years of experience in the accommodation industry. A former Duntroon military officer and economics lecturer, he has developed more than 26 serviced apartment hotels and leads major residential and commercial projects with strategic vision and a focus on innovation and excellence.

John Gates is a pioneering force in Australia’s property development sector, delivering innovative and sustainable hotel and residential projects across regional and metropolitan areas, with a commitment to quality, community impact, and long-term value creation.

Mark Richards

Group General Counsel Commercial Manager

Mark Richards – BA LLB (Hons), is Group General Counsel & Commercial Manager for the Central Group of Companies. An expert in real estate, he leads strategic planning, cost savings, and efficiency. Mark is known for legal insight, innovation, and building strong teams.

Robert Sumpton

Group Support Manager

Robert is an experienced hospitality professional, previously co-owner of Quest Narre Warren, which earned Franchise of the Year for outstanding service. At Head Office he supports site teams, ensures compliance, and helps maintain high accommodation standards and brand consistency nationwide.

GREG ROBINS

Group Marketing Manager

Greg is a seasoned Marketing Manager with decades of experience in strategy, sales, and risk consulting. Backed by an MBA in International Marketing, he specialises in SEO, research-led planning, and coaching, combining academic insight with practical expertise to drive growth and lead marketing teams.

Chief Financial Officer

Marina is our Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the accounting teams at Prime Group Australasia and Central Apartment Group since 2015. She brings extensive financial expertise and leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management across our organisations.
